9. Right of Withdrawal

indirect damages
logistical delays

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the site is the exclusive property of Maison Ferré®.

13. Depreciation of returned products

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is responsible for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, in accordance with Article L. 221-23 of the French Consumer Code.

In the event of observed depreciation, Maison Ferré® may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the actual loss in value of the product, notably based on its condition, signs of use, and its potential for resale.
